1. Agreement Overview
By scheduling a scalp micropigmentation procedure with Clippers and Combs LLC, the client (“you”) agrees to the terms and conditions below. This agreement is binding once a deposit or payment is made.

2. Client Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to the procedure.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if SMP is deemed unsuitable for your skin type or health condition.

3. Procedure and Results

  • SMP is a cosmetic tattoo designed to replicate the appearance of natural hair follicles; it is not a surgical procedure or hair restoration treatment.
  • Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
  • We make no guarantees regarding pigment longevity or specific aesthetic outcomes.

4. Risks and Disclaimers

  • Potential side effects may include redness, swelling, minor bleeding, or pigment fading.
  • You acknowledge that you fully understand these risks and consent to proceed at your own discretion.
  • Clippers and Combs LLC and its artists are not liable for reactions or complications arising after the procedure, provided standard care was given.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • A deposit of $500.00 cash or $599.00 online payment is required to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with at least 48 hours notice of rescheduling.
  • All remaining balances must be paid in full by the completion of your first session.
  • No refunds are provided once treatment sessions have commenced.

6. Appointments and Cancellations

  • You must arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals over 30 mins may need to reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 48hrs before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.

7. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Clients are provided with aftercare instructions and must follow them to ensure optimal healing and pigment retention.
  • Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may negatively affect results and will not be considered operator error.

8. Touch-Up Sessions

  • Touch-up appointments may be required to achieve the desired look.
  • Prices for touch-up sessions vary based on time lapse since the original procedure.

9. Photography and Media Consent

  • Before-and-after photos may be taken for treatment records.
  • With your consent, images may also be used for marketing or educational purposes.
  • You can request that your identity remain confidential.

10. Liability Waiver
By signing your client consent form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and release Clippers and Combs LLC , its employees, and affiliates from liability for any undesired outcomes, reactions, or pigment fading.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Cook County.
